Who is responsible?

Information you provide

When you use the contact form or contact ListenAdapt directly, information such as your name, work email, organisation, message and any details you choose to provide may be collected. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss possible work and maintain relevant business correspondence.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement and, where relevant, the legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the conversation, an ongoing client relationship, or applicable legal and accounting requirements.

Website hosting and forms

This website is built and hosted with Webflow. When you visit the site or submit a form, Webflow may process technical information needed to deliver the website securely and transmit the submission. Webflow acts as a service provider for the site.

Optional analytics

With your consent, ListenAdapt uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general website use, such as page visits, approximate location, device type and interactions. This helps improve the website. Google Analytics does not load until you select “Accept analytics”. Advertising storage and ad personalisation remain disabled.

If you reject analytics, or have not made a choice, analytics storage remains disabled. You may withdraw consent at any time by openingCookie settingsin the footer and selecting “Reject analytics”.

Cookies and local storage

Essential technical storage may also be used by the hosting platform to provide and protect the website.

Sharing and international processing

Personal information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, analytics and communications, or where required by law. Webflow and Google may process data outside Norway or the European Economic Area using recognised transfer safeguards where applicable.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Contact mariusvth@gmail.com to make a request.
